Guess what? North Texas is filled with amazing places to eat, and barbecue is no exception. I have barely begun to scratch the surface, but here are a few of my recent faves!
North Oak Cliff Development Is BOOMING

If you've driven any where in Oak Cliff/Dallas, TX near the Bishop Arts District lately, there's one thing you can't miss - other than the obvious super cool factor - the construction. In fact, over a quarter of a billion dollars has been invested into the new construction projects in North Oak Cliff. Rezoning is currently bringing about at least 28 new development projects in and around Bishop Arts including: historical renovations, several apartment buildings, townhouses, single family homes, boutique shopping, dining, retail, and yes - even a Central Market.
Although local shop owners have seen a decrease in business due to all the construction, some as much as 30% , Oak Cliff property owners are seeing a dramatic increase in land value. Over 200 new public parking spaces are being added along with increased valet, and FAB new shops are being opened by the locals. Speaking of local , SUPPORT LOCAL and head on over to Bishop Arts District! Check out one of the many amazing restaurants, grab a bite to eat, and take home something pretty from one of the Bishop Arts District boutiques!
