Well, I have composed a list of the top renovations that will leave you with the most money in your pocket when it comes time to SELL.
Curb Appeal- A buyer gets their first impression from the exterior of your home. So any improvements to your landscaping will be valuable!
Repaint- This is probably one of the least expensive, yet very effective in making the property look 100X better. Remember to stick to neutral colors to let the prospective buyers envision what they can do with the property with ease.
Kitchen Remodel- We all love a nice updated kitchen! Many experts categorize kitchen remodels as the best to boost your home's value. Valuable points to upgrade are counter tops, cabinets, and appliances. More affordable options include changing out the backsplash, paint, hardware and lighting.
Bathroom Remodel- Bathrooms are an important area to focus on as they are considered one of the most effective rooms to update, especially when it comes to the master suites. Large showers and separate tubs are always popular and great improvements to consider.
