We all remember that one house, as a kid, that had all the overgrown bushes and vines growing on the walls and the porch light had burned out some time in the 50s? I remember crossing the street to avoid the Busby's house as a kid.

According to the National Association of Realtors®, over 60% of shoppers will drive past a listings after seeing one they like online, especially to see if they can spot ways to see their lives in that area. If you're getting ready to list your house, the way your home presents itself from the street and from the walk up to the front door is paramount.

Crisp and easy to maintain landscaping won't intimidate shoppers. A fresh coat of paint on that front door and a clean power-washed walkway will make your home look like the well-maintained jewel that it is inside. 

Make a great first impression to buyers and make sure the outside matches the inside of your tremendous home!
